What's new in StaffCop

StaffCop 4.0.0 (November 2010)

• Social Network monitoring and control added. Now it is possible to track and monitor private messages, posts and status updates in such social networks as Facebook, Twitter(for US market), VK.com, Odnoklassniki (for Russian market). Now you gain access to staffs' communications via social networks as it is one of the most popular ways to transfer stolen sensitive corporate data.
• Search Term monitoring added as a separate module. Now you are able to check what is staff searching for in such search engines as Google, Yahoo, Bing, ASK (for US market), Yandex, Rambler, Mail.ru, Aport, BigMir (for Russian market).
• The whole StaffCop's code architecture is changed. By adding easy-to-use filters it became possible to see saved data about all actions taken by staff during longer periods of time. In new StaffCop 4.0 it is possible to search and filter all tracked information in real-time, no only in reports as it was before.
• In new StaffCop's Scheduler it is possible to create reports in .PDF format. This makes reports more organized and easier to use, i.e. printing .pdf report files is easier and faster than other format report files.
• Agent-connection errors (when too many connections were established between agents with admin panel) are fixed.
• Monitoring system now works even faster! This reduced the whole system load during data harvesting and analyzing.

StaffCop 3.6.0 (August 2010)

• Agent management added. Now it’s possible to set parameters for agent groups and select multiple agents from PC selection window.
• Separate agent monitoring start/stop function added.
• Agent information coding and administrator information encoding options added.
• Incoming mail monitoring control added. Now it’s possible to turn on or off incoming mail monitoring.
• Network driver renewed bringing additional stability while working with StaffCop.
• Kaspersky Antivirus compatibility errors fixed.
• Optimized report dispatch to FTP. If submit is unsuccessful, then reports are resubmitted to FTP automatically.

StaffCop 3.5.0 (July 2010)

• Clipboard monitoring added.
• Clipboard monitoring control added. It’s possible now to turn on or off clipboard monitoring function.
• Additional settings for clipboard file savings quotes added.

StaffCop 3.4.5 (June 2010)

• Windows 7 64-bit compatibility added.

StaffCop 3.4.1 (June 2010)

• User connection time control error fixed.
• Printer monitoring error fixed (now all printer-related data is logged)
• Version build visibility added.
• Admin panel closure error fixed (Windows 7)
• Installation tool is renewed.
• Scheduler is not minimized to tray when pressing “Close scheduler”-button, also no more alerts when closing scheduler.

StaffCop 3.4.0 (May 2010)

• Printed file name and data monitoring and saving function added.
• Printed document copies are available now as images. Now it’s possible to see content and photos of printed documents.
• FTP monitoring reports are now saved in Scheduler.
• Scheduler is rebuilt as a service. Now it’s possible to launch it on server in background mode.

StaffCop 3.3.0 (March 2010)

• Data harvesting and analyzing time setup added in reports. Now it’s possible to set specific periods of time to see harvested and analyzed data in reports.
• Windows Live Messenger monitoring added. Now all messages sent or received via Windows Live Messenger is tracked and analyzed.
• Now agents are launched and stopped without record in Action Journal.

StaffCop 3.2.0 (August 2009)

• The ability to switch off email and chat/IM monitoring was added
• Complete email correspondence monitoring, i.e. all incoming and outgoing messages, is performed.
