Track Instant Messenger Chats
StaffCop captures and logs instant messenger chats in many popular instant messengers, including MSN Messenger, ICQ, Yahoo Messenger and AOL Instant Messenger. Both incoming and outgoing messages are recorded. Advanced logging and reporting mechanisms present the chat logs to you in a clearly legible form, including the usernames of all chat participants, as well as all incoming and outgoing messages.

Why Tracking Online Chats
Tracking employees’ chats and serves several purposes. While fruitless chatting quickly consumes the working hours, eliminating instant messengers altogether is often not an option as it would reduce productivity and harm the workflow. Restricting unauthorized chatting is easier once you know who chats about what during the working hours. The chat tracking allows you to perform an analysis on how much time the employees spend chatting on business, and how much time they waste on personal chat.
Controlling information leaks is another use for IM monitoring. The IM tracking allows you to detect and prevent information leaks, and determine sources of leaking information. Chat monitoring is truly invaluable for securing your corporate network.
Impossible to Circumvent
Clearing or disabling the logging of chat messages is easy in the options of any instant messenger. StaffCop does not use the logs or history options by instant messengers, thus making it impossible for the user to access, modify or delete the logs. Even if there is no log configured for a given instant messenger, StaffCop will still accurately report every message.
