END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

ATTENTION! This software is NOT sold to you, but given to you according to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE, COPYING THE SOFTWARE AND/OR CLICKING THE "AGREE" BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE INSTALLATION WINDOW, YOU (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR ON BEHALF OF THE ORGANIZATION AS ITS AGENT AND/OR EMPLOYEE) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT REGARDING YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK THE <NO> BUTTON AND/OR DO NOT INSTALL, DO NOT COPY AND DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE IN ANY OTHER WAY.

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you, the end user (an individual or a legal entity), and the AtomPark Software Company. The software is a set of computer programs and documentation that is subject to copyright and is protected by the law. The term "documentation" hereinafter means files with information. The documentation is an integral part of the software.

1. Subject of agreement
The subject of this License Agreement is giving the nonexclusive right to use the software (License) to the End User by the Copyright Holder. All terms and conditions below apply both to the software in its entirety and to all its components in particular.

2. Ownership rights
The AtomPark Company holds the ownership rights for this software. You (End User) are licensed to use the software for any purposes in case you abide by the following terms and conditions.

3. Terms of use
You may:
- use the unregistered software without any limitations, except for the time and functional limitations of the unregistered software;
- use the unregistered software only personally;
- use the software on one computer;
- make one backup copy of the software in case your backup copy is not used on any computer, i.e. only for backup and archive purposes.

You may not:
- distribute the received registration information;
- make any changes in the software distribution package, the program or the documentation;
- use the software on more than one computer simultaneously;
- transfer the licensed rights for the software, neither entirely nor partially;
- modify or create derivative products partially or entirely based on the software;
- remove any notifications or links to the owner from the software;
- resell, rent, lend or otherwise transfer the rights for the software, neither entirely nor partially.

4. Terms
This License Agreement comes into effect when you start using the software and is in effect during the entire period of using the software. In case you do not agree with the Agreement, violate it or is no longer capable to abide by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, you must destroy all copies of the software and thus terminate the Agreement.

5. Liability
The illegal use, distribution and reproduction (copying) of the software is a violation of the Law of the Russian Federation "On the legal protection of computer programs and databases" that results in legal prosecution. If the End User violates this License Agreement the AtomPark Software Company revokes the License.

6. Warranty
The AtomPark Software Company does not guarantee that the software is bug-free and is not liable for direct or indirect consequences of using the software, including but not limited to possible bugs or mistypes in the software package.

7. SALES POLICY
The AtomPark Software Company sticks to the "NO MONEYBACK" sales policy. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES the AtomPark Software Company shall return you any money paid by you. All license sales are FINAL.

8. DISCLAIMER:
YOU AGREE THAT THE ATOMPARK SOFTWARE COMPANY GIVES YOU NO WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, REGARDING THE SOFTWARE AND THAT THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE ATOMPARK SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BASED ON THE LEGISLATION, COMMON LAW, CUSTOM, USE OR ANYTHING ELSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF NONVIOLATION OF THIRD PARTIES' RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, GOOD QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSES.
