System Installation Types

The StaffCop system consists of two parts: the administrator module and agents.

The aministrative module is installed on the network administrator's computer or on the computer of the company's owner. It takes a couple of minutes and causes no problems.

After you install the administrative module, you should install agents on the network computers you want to monitor. It is possible to use the batch automatic installation and the manual installation of agents in the current version of StaffCop.

The first type is the most preferrable one - batch automatic installation. It is the quickest and most obvious way to deploy the system. The time the complete installation will take in this case will be as little as possible and it almost does not depend on the number of computers on the network. Usually it takes several minutes.

In case it is impossible to use batch installation, you can easily install the agent manually. In this case, the time of installation is directly proportional to the number of computers in the network.
