System Logon/Logout

What it is:

Logon and logout mean turning the computer on anf off, switching the current user and also the duration of idle time when the screensaver is active.

What it is for:

You can use this data to judge when a certain employee starts and ends his work and also how long the computer is idle (the screensaver is active).

How it is implemented in StaffCop:

StaffCop allows you to collect statistics about how long a particular employee uses the computer (i.e. about the duration of his work day in an indirect way). It includes:

• the time when the computer is switched on and off
  
• the time of system login and logout
  
• the time when the computer is idle (the screensaver is active)

The administrative module shows this information on the "Computer" tab. Open the agent in the agent list on the left and select the corresponding tab. To refresh the information on the tab, press F5 or select the corresponding item in the context menu.

You can find reports with this information in the "Computer" section.
