Report Customization
Customization means changing the types of collected information included in the report. By default, StaffCop includes everything the agent can monitor on the remote computer in the report. However, it may lead to a considerable increase in the time needed for report generation in large networks consisting of hundreds of computers. Moreover, it is not always that the administrators of StaffCop need the full information. In some cases, just several types will do, for example, visited sites or the time the employee spends playing games during his workday.
You can customize the structure of reports either globally for all users or separately for each user. To specify the parameters, use the "Settings / Options... / Reports" menu item.

Use the new dialog box to specify the types of information that should be included in the report. These settings are globally applied to the Report Wizard. You can configure special parameters for each particular agent. You can do it in the Report Wizard while downloading logs and generating a new report.
Summary reports are reports for a group of agents and for all days in the selected time period. The image below shows you what it is like. (1) - summary reports for all agents, (2) - summary reports for a particular agent.
