Report Wizard
The Report Wizard is used to create reports about the office hours of the company's employees. You can open it as a standalone application from the Windows Start menu or from the administrative module using the "Reports / Report Wizard" menu.
In the first step, the Report Wizard offers you to select the agents the report should be built for and the time period this report will cover.
Report generation settings are customized in the second step. By default (the "Use common settings" option), you are offered to use the settings common for all agents (specified in the settings). You can use the "Change settings" option to change the structure of the report for each agent.
Summary reports are overall reports for the whole specified time period. They show what goes on in the company as a whole.
Logs from the employees' computers are downloaded in the third step. It may take quite a while depending on the structure of the network and the number of computers.
The report is generated in the forth step. As soon as the generation process is complete, click "Finish" to view the report in Internet Explorer.
