Removal
Removal means either simply removing the agent from the list in the administrative module or completely uninstalling the agent on the user's computer together with all information related to it (note that logs already downloaded from the agent to the administrator's computer are not deleted).
To remove an agent, select the "File / Remove Computers" menu item. The agent will be removed from the list right after the confirmation. If the "Remotely uninstall agents from LAN computers" checkbox is selected (by default), the agent will also be uninstalled from the user's computer. In case you have problems with uninstalling the agent automatically, you can do it manually. To do it, run agent.msi on the user's computer. To remove the agent from the list in the administrative module in this case, you should use the "File / Remove Computers" menu item. You should select the checkbox of the correponding computer there, clear the "Remotely uninstall agents from LAN computers" checkbox and click the Remove button.
