StaffCop license activation errors

What kind of errors may appear activating StaffCop?

  • Registration key expired - Period of key validity has expired.

    According to rules of the license agreement, StaffCop updates are free for 1 year starting with the first activation day. After 1 year period the existing version continues working, but new versions will not install. The cost of license update is 60% of the product price. For successful software activation you need to update your key. Please contact the sales department for more information on how to extend your license.

  • Registration key not found - Key is not found in our database.

    For some reasons, license key is not in our database. This may mean that key is cracked, or it is a counterfeit one, or there are some technical issues. Please contact the technical support to solve this problem.

  • Registration key is blocked - Key is blocked.

    Please contact the technical support to solve this problem.

  • Too many activations - you have hit the activation limit.

    You have exceeded the allowable number of activations of your key and it was blocked under rules of the license agreement. Please contact the technical support to solve this problem.

  • Registration key is not accepted. This error may appear due to many reasons. Obviously, there is no internet connection or there are problems connecting the activation server. To prevent this please check the internet connection, proxy settings, and also turn off your antivirus and firewall when activating the license (antivirus and firewall may block the connection with the license activation server)
