We strongly recommend you to read through the "StaffCop Installation Guide", answers to frequently asked questions - FAQ, and StaffCop documentation before contacting technical support. It is likely you can find what you need in these documentation.

There is several ways to ask questions about StaffCop use and set up:

The working hours of technical support service - 10am to 6pm Moscow time. We reserve the maximum period for answering your request of not more then 48 hours (Monday - friday).
